Dropbox Forms Shareable Links

A “Shareable Link” allows anyone with a uniquely generated URL to participate in your workflow. This avoids the issue of having to send the workflow to each participant individually. Simply put, it’s another way to launch a Dropbox Forms workflow helping to make you & your team be more efficient.

You can find the option to create and copy the shareable link URL once the form has been published, or when sending the form to a participant:

Note that with a shareable link, the participant will be prompted to enter their name and email, and then a form will be emailed to them.
