What is a Multi-Participant Form

When you have a form where you need to include more than one individual you'll need to create a multi-participant form. To do this you'll simply create a form as you would with a single participant. Next, towards the bottom left, you will see an option to add another role/participant.

Once clicked, another role will be created and you will have an option to edit the role as well.
