Who is a participant/end user?

A “Participant / End User” is a single (1) individual assigned to complete an action in a launched workflow.

For example, if there is an NDA that needs to be filled out by a new hire and then signed by a hiring manager, that would be a form with two participants because there are two participants performing actions.
